Not much to talk about at the moment but I know many like a chat on here.

What's your favourite fixture and why? Might as well throw in your most dreaded fixture and why also!

Favourite fixture? Warrington away. I live on the other side of the Pennines and can get to Warrington easily by train, so it's one of the few fixtures where I can have a pint, which is good enough for me.

Salford I think due to near to the pitch and decent Salford supporters, never like going to Cas not because of the ground cos I quite like it but the walk back to the car, had a couple of incidents in the past with gobby fans. Shame really because like I say I like the ground and the atmosphere.

Up to 17 years ago, would have said Leeds. I know several Leeds supporters and often, meet up either before or after a game.

More recently though, Hull KR, for the banter with Mrs EW. Also friends with a few fans from there now too

Favourite away fixture was always Headingley, but in recent years it's become Wheldon Road, despite our current shocking record down there!

I think we only played them once, but one game I remember was Southend away. A couple of hours on the sea front and then off to the game after a couple of bevvies. As I recall we won the game to round off a good one-off experience. Fulham away was also one to look forward to.

Another game I really enjoyed was played Barrow away in the CC, we were scoring at will on a lovely sunny day, every time we scored Tony Martin lined up for the restart next to us, I joked with him that I had a fiver on him to score, believing it he tried his upmost to score and after the game came over to apologise, didn’t have the heart to tell him I was winding him up . A lovely little ground just a decent travel.
