I uncovered some old DVD today, originally on vhs tapes, I copied to DVDs. 1998, the quest for super league, how good was Roger Kenworthy, probably the best side stepper seen at BV, scores some great trys. The 2000, season opens with John Pearman introducing Bobbie Goulding to the audience, we played some great football with some notable wins against Leeds and saints, the almighty punch up away to London, Warren Jowitt playing (is this Max Jowitt dad) and video ending with newspaper headlines Trinity in financial trouble, Pearman reported to police for financial irregularities, we ended selling off loads of players. Celtic crusaders away, One of my favourite is the home win against bulls 2004, I think it is, 44 - 34, some excellent Trinity trys. Happy days.

Not max’s dad DS, but his dad Ian did play at Wakefield, early 90s I believe. Keeps telling me how good he was at touch
If you ever want to borrow my sky recording of that game, let me know, I can bring the pies as well. Do you have a recording of the Cas away game a few weeks earlier August 5th we had to win and did 18 nil. The Bradford away September 8th won that one also, JD brought the house down with that run out of his in goal area.

You wouldn’t let it lie, I watch them on Trin TV DS but thanks for the offer

I'm getting another Jowitt, not Ian or Warren. I remember he played a few 1st team games but was mostly on the fringes and alliance. He went to Outwood Grange, that's why I remember him, like Mark Colbeck another Outwood fringer around the same time.

I’d have said more late 80’s but might be wrong. Don’t remember him much to be honest, I’d call him a fringe player. I don’t mean any disrespect in that, I’d have loved to have been anywhere near as good as ‘fringe’ standard.
I’m guessing Max has already surpassed his dad in games played but I may be wrong, I think I’ll take a look at his heritage page. Be back in a bit.
