Here's the link from the club's website, if you don't receive the email: https://wakefieldtrinity.com/trinity-members-form/ There are more than 1 season ticket holders in our household, so I had to use another device in order to complete the second survey. 'Survey monkey' wouldn't let me complete a second time for the second season ticket on the same device ie pc, as it showed 'survey already completed'.

I sent an email to Connor, saying there are season ticket holders that I know of, who don’t have an email address, and now the problem of multiple ticket holders at the same address, it could cost the club a bit of money in lost tax revenues. I asked if there’s any way I could send the ticket number of people I know, who don’t have access to email.

I too DIDN'T get the email so used the link from the club website to fill mine in, but then also got the "survey completed" message when I tried to fill it in for the wife. The easiest way to get around this is to open a 'New Inprivate' window on your device (click on the 3 dots in the top right hand corner of your screen, then click on the link). This blocks the cookies from Survey Monkey and allows you to complete it again

I’ve not had a season ticket for a few years but I’ll be getting one for next season, assuming crowds will be allowed in.

Completed ours yesterday, had the issue of multiple season tickets under the same email but as mentioned above if you use separate devices it allows you to fill out the survey more than once.

The one-off polo shirt is a great idea btw
