I liked the coverage. The crowd noise is a really good use of AI.

I did laugh when a chant of Sneyyyyyddddd!! came up when Salford were in possession. Not perfect, but it seems to work better than the piped stadium crowd noise in football.

I saw more reaction and activity from "the crowd" at Headingley than the average match day at the John Smiths Stadium. :)

Not hearing the out of tune band at Headingley enhanced my viewing experience.

Instead of importing Jenna Brooks Sky should have gone for Vossy, the best commentator in the game!!
They should also use a more analytical type of summariser/co-commentator than the jokey old boys act we see now - think who you'd rather listen to...Brandy Alexander, Braith Anasta, Steve Roach or Terry & Baz
Like little wayne69 suggests, I always have the volume turned down when watching as they wind me up so much by telling me about what I've just watched...it's worse than 'coming up' and 'previously' recaps either side of an ad break on TV

I don’t think many would argue but what possible package could you put together to entice him over here? I can’t see any reason for him to move unless you trebled his salary and even then.

vossy loves the super league as well - a game doenst go by over here without him mentioning it in commentary - he would do it for sure maybe free ha ha

I think he just loves the game from grass roots all the way to internationals.

He really got into it when he was over for the world cup, would walk up to the grounds with the supporters and stop in a pub for a pint.

I do like Jon Wilkin in the commentary team, a breath of fresh air for me.

Warren Smith or any of the other callers would be an improvement and maybe wouldn't cost as much...I agree about Jon Wilkin who wasn't as biased as I thought he'd be tbf...I also thought he raised his and other points well on his interview about Toronto and being owed wages etc

Also, at the expense of opening myself up to trollsters etc, he had a lot to say about Brian Mc as a coach, saying he was the best man-manager he's ever played for and how after 5-10 minutes training he realised how Leeds won so much when he could't understand it at Saints when he thought Saints were the better team...

...perhaps a name in the frame for us as & when Chezzy decides to call it a day with us

Vossy and Brooks do completely different jobs.
Personally I think Brooks is really good.

Vossy would of course be great but he's unlikely to come now he is settled in his job in Oz.
We ought to be able to find a professional commentator over here without raiding oz.
