I thought he was okay, not great but not terrible and there is a lot of his control with timing unfortunately. One thing I liked about him is he seemed to go against the RFL grain and question them on there ridiculous expansion ideas with the American/Canadian ideas they accepted without question, SL clubs appointed him on the basis they weren't happy with the RFLs running of the game at the top level, as far as I can see he seemed to back the majority of clubs wherever he had the chance, even if that meant going against the like of Saints and Wigan as he did with his vote on Toronto.
Don't know the ins and outs but he secured a very good level of investment i belive but it was turned down by a majority as well.
Sadly, it think the running of SL will just go back into the RFLs hands.
