He signed for Gold Coast at the end of last season

Again I’ve not read it though

The Titans will be a much improved team this year, managed to clear the decks of some deadwood, replace them with some world class players especially in the pack and Holbrook at the helm who I think is a top coach.

In relation to this article, and whilst I have not been DF’s biggest fan this last 2 years it would be madness for us to let him, or any player for that matter, move on unless we had a ready made replacement lined up who improved the squad.

So basically even if they did want him, which I doubt, I don’t see any way it would happen unless he, or any player wanting to leave, started acting up to force the move.

The younger DF had offers from literally every nrl club and while I agree that Holbrook clearly massive impact last year, my reference to bizarre move is he could have picked pretty much any club to go to and I am surprised he didn’t go to a team more obviously In the running for honours, especially considering what most nrl fans think of the Titans again I was surprised

The rumour has obviously come from some where but I really couldn’t see it either
Especially not Penrith

I love Dave, he’s our Talisman
And prob my fav Wakey player since JD but Dave does carry some negatives that no nrl clubs would put up with

Off topic but I think Titans are a team very much in the up. They won’t challenge this year as they probably need 1 more year to clear the decks fully but they have paid huge money to DF and Tino Fa'asuamaleaui and they are building a team around those 2.

Wouldn’t surprise me at all to see them challenging for the Premiership on 2-3 years time.

He went to the Titans as they were the only club willing with give him that kind of money for 3 years, I don`t blame the lad at all. Titans aren't terrible and they will only get better this season IMO, anything is better than Brisbane in there current state.

Cronulla Sharks are my team due to Paul Gallen being my all time NRL player, but I believe that the Rabbitoes will be top of the pile.
