I totally agree, what he said is disgusting, whether that's in print, in person, or any other format. What I was saying was, to convict this person in a court would be pretty difficult.

They do it these days by calling it a hate crime. I don't think this would come into that catagory.
Should be able to get a restraining order or asbo type thing though.

Based only on what has been said on here by people who say the post, yes. Albeit a very unpleasant one that thankfully seems to have been challenged by other people on the site. If he was repeatedly posting 'I hope you die' on Chester's own page then then you might have a point.
