Used to see Dave on a regular basis when I returned back north a regular around the Wakey pubs on a Friday. A smashing fellow who told some great RL stories and played for Hunslet, Wakefield and England, also coached and played for Cas.. 0layed 26 times for Wakefield scoring 10 tries. DAVE WAS ALSO A SUCCESSFUL PUBLICAN.

Yes Dean was his son and would visit him on Fridays for a pint or two.
