Do you think that makes any difference at the moment? I don't.

What the opposition does or the team they field seems an irrelevance. As far as I can see we play when we want to and once we seem safe points-wise for the season we stop. Warrington could play their academy team it still wouldn't wake us up because we just don't seem to want to win purely for the thrill of winning.

Of all the Trinity teams I've seen this is the one that seems hardest to read as it seems impossible to work out their motivation. We are nowhere near as crap as we appear yet they don't seem bothered. Say what you like about CC the players still have a responsibility, one that few seem to be bothered about. I honestly don't think it matters who coaches us, who we are playing against, not even how many injuries we have anymore we don't seem to want to play, even when we are actually expanding plenty of energy, I just can't work it out.

Frankly, we might actually beat Warrington because on the day Fifita woke up in a good mood after getting a top-notch hair cut, Lino remembered he was a key play maker and numerous other players got their oats or they had been inspired after watching a film like Zulu, who the hell knows with this lot.

'That is why no amount of cajolery, and no attempts at ethical or social seduction, can eradicate from my heart a deep burning hatred for the Tory Party.... So far as I am concerned they are lower than vermin'

In my opinion that is too generous to Chester. Yes the players have a responsibility but for me for large parts of the season, especially earlier on, the effort was definitely there we just look(ed) completely unstructured in attack and can't score for shT when the game is still in the balance

There in lies the problem and has done for years ……. Is it a professionalism problem rather than talent .. suppose it could come under coaching etc . I do feel we aren’t as strict or “professional” as other clubs ???? Brian Smith came in shook things up and it didn’t go down well …. are we too lenient ? I really don’t know but this is what I feel we lack and have done for years !
