I reckon had it been CC in charge we would. From the limited stuff I’ve seen so far, WP seems to be looking at different types of players so I suspect not.

It will be interesting to follow the career paths of Senior against Kershaw.

He was offered a contract by wakey. I suspect his brother resigning for hudds was what tipped his decision.

I doubt it but if you say so.

I don’t personally think it was ever going to be the case, and the Trinity management knew that, they are no mugs.

Best of luck to the lad.

Maybe, but if what you say is true (Big If) then he's signed somewhere he knows he has more competition for his place. Seems illogical to me.

Really? With some of the signings Huddersfield have made they should be well clear of the drop, whereas signing for a club that’s likely to be fighting for their SL status would potentially see him playing Championship rugby eventually.

Should I have played rugby I would’ve loved to represent Wakefield but let’s be honest, Huddersfield have someone who bank rolls them year on year, excellent facilities and a premier league standard stadium. It’s a no brainier for someone with no affiliation to Wakefield.

I don't disagree with what you say, but Jools said he signed because his brother is there.
Of all the reasons to sign, that one is the least likely.

Water under the bridge. I look forward to a fit TJ, Lee Kershaw and young Murphy surely not far from the first team. .
Senior is no better than Kershaw and not as Good as TJ. I don';t know why we signed him,
As for Ollie Greensmith, it';s not like he fluffed his chance, he was never given one so we'll never know.

Can I correct you there. To say Senior is not as good as TJ is a huge understatement, not in the same universe would be my prognosis. :thumb:

No he wasn’t. But you feel free to keep on making stuff up.
