Apart From Fifita, we've gone with a big pack, with plenty of youth in the backs

Looking forward to watching Trinity in action again, it seems a long time since we wrapped the season up.

There are 11 first team regulars! How is that trialists and juniors? Bit over dramatic or what.

There is enough experience there to guide the youngsters round.

Are these not the perfect games to blood youngsters.

I’m not saying your doing this but many Trinity fans scream that we should give kids a run out and when we do, even in a meaningless game, they pull a face. Really odd

FWIW Leeds look similar to us, plenty up front and some youngsters (apart from Myler) in the backs, should be fairly even, depending whether they both go for it.

Good luck to the 2 lads who are on trial hope they go well.yes the squad is weaker than leeds esp in back division and yes we will probably get beat think most will agree there but so what its a friendly and nothing more some players will get valuable experience of playing against a good side and the coaching team can learn more from a defeat then a win somtimes.i dont care if we lose by 100 on sunday if it helps beat hull in first game of the season

If our 6 and 7 outplay Sezer and Austin I will be happy But been reported that Austin is playing lose forward for Leeds this year be interesting to see how he goes

Let’s be honest here Our half haven’t a prayer of out playing the leeds halfs this early in their careers ,but it will give them valuable lessons which they will never get playing in the academy and will stand them in good stead going forwards in the. Future . As long as the team give a good account of themselves I think that’s pretty much all we can ask and anything else is a Brucie bonus . 6 family members going over 3 generations and we can’t wait .
