Is anyone having problems logging into Trinity TV?
When I try, I get a constant message asking me to update my card details, but my current card doesn’t expire until November 23, but I re entered the details and it continues to ask to update. I have just emailed a Mathew Bell at the club to try and sort it out. Hopefully no one else has this problem

I've also tried to 'log in'. Initially it said 'success', then when I clicked on 'play', it said 'Hey, John, you need to purchase a new subscription'.
I haven't a clue who 'John' is!

Try emailing Matthewbell@wakefieldtrinity.com He is dealing with Trinity tv, I’ve not been able to sort out my problem yet. I asked him to unsubscribe my account for me to re subscribe, but when I try that it says I’ve already got a subscription and will be charged twice. I’ve given up tonight, been trying ages to get a subscription, been subscribed to TTV since day one, first time this season I’ve wanted to watch a recording and can’t watch the Leeds game

No problems for me today, working fine

Maybe a bandwidth issue as more users than usual try to log in
