KA doesn't seem to understand that its not the lawyer's job to get to "the true facts or justice". That's the Judge's job. The lawyer's job is to represent his client and put his case. So in an accident case its the victim's lawyer's job to get as much money for him as possible and the job of the lawyer acting for the insurance company to minimise the amount paid out. The Judge decides who's right and how much the claimant should get. That's the system, right or wrong.

If he'd stayed fit all his career he may have even played international imo

Yeah he would certainly have had a shot and would have probably figured in SOO too.

It's a shame for players like Head and Dykes that havent been at their best due to injuries when theyve been over here and that's all some fans know of them.

Bit difficult, I can't find any yello-belly lawyers in the phone book.
