If the system needed an update for the readers in particular there’s not a lot the SMC can do. It’s an issue we have at work to with some systems we work with that have RFI tags, usually our customers have a contract in place to cover these instances.
Learned today that City/SMC have changed their ticketing company. As we (FC) also use that’s the reason for requiring new cards. So another City change ends up costing us money.
