The way they are talking up Charles, I don't think it will be far off him starting in the first season, maybe next season. Could do with hom getting some gametime on loan this season in the championship.

Don't hold your breath as we've seen before how the club talk up a young player only for them to rarely see any first team action, then they disappear.
Hopefully he will be a gem and turn all his potential into reality | | |

He summed it up perfectly . for me , anyway. He said that we are a big club, but only in attendance figures, with an owner who has done us proud, but is not able to pour more money in, so, we are where we are and we shouldn't judge some of the new/existing players against the likes of Mini, Ellis etc - because those days are gone, until such time as we secure some outside investment, it is either youth or average players. and despite that, the faithful will endure it, because the club needs its supporters now, more than ever . Like he said, we sailed through a sea of mediocrity and failure under the latter days of Hetherington, who most people didn't like and their is a bit of appreciation and goodwill for Adam Pearson, because he was always ready to splash the cash, but Covid nearly killed off the club, financially, and without him we may have all had to choose which amateur team to support more frequently. It's not jam tomorrow, its Frank Dee's margarine .'"
