When we make a blockbuster NRL signing mention that we have signed Hardaker in the same press release in small print in the final paragraph at the bottom of the page. Hopefully no one will notice.

I'm no expert but fwiw I think that any signings we make need to tick off some of the following qualities (aside from being decent larkers!) :
* Experience at the highest level
* Capable and willing to coach and mentor young players and give something back to the game (leadership)
* If at the end of their career, a desire to finish on a high

I suppose Hardaker ticks the decent larker with experience boxes but it will be up to our management team to do the necessary checks and due diligence for the other aspects. We all know he's had his off field problems in life (who hasn't?). This may be the ideal opportunity for him to redeem and improve himself with the proper guidance and support. He can't make things worse, can he?

Satae
Amone
Hall
Whitehead


As they have the aforementioned qualities or are upcoming.

And release:

Lane
Tuimavave (shame but I think he's shot)

Tindall
Sao
