Look at their reel, it asks who people want to see and predicably they must have been asked for Abdul and Balmforth. There are short clips of both of them with their names on screen. Both look much trimmer than last year. Bodes well.

Going off the numbers on the training gear the players had on today Ese'ese will be 8, Sao 10 and Aydin 16

Fair play to abdul if he's lost the weight he needed to. Let's hope it stays off and he doesn't pick up the niggly injuries which seem to plague him

Shows how bad things have been that I'm even noticing...but the clips the club have shared on Instagram show a lot more 'activity' such as a head coach actually shouting instructions directly. Things can only get better!

Fash is in the middle of the HDM training photo.

Hope Carty has Fash writing out ‘I must not get sin binned for taking cheap shots on opposition players!’ 1,000 times. Seriously needs to up his game after last season, otherwise he’s next on the Taxi rank for bring shipped out of the club.
