Getting worse and worse every week, and crowds dropping like a stone. Time to splash some cash on a proper coach.
I don't like to jump on coaches backs. I stuck up for Agar for as long as anybody, and was sorry to see Gentle go. However it is apparent that to move forward as a club we need a top quality coach, because week after week and year after year we are making the same mistakes.
I'm fine with Radford as an assistant, but he's not ready for this yet, there needs to be a huge change in culture at this club, and he's not the man to bring it about. It's about time Pearson proves he's not all mouth and writes a blank cheque for Motu to go and find us someone who has done it all.
