Joining the eleven Super League clubs in the draw (no Toulouse) are Sheffield, Barrow, Featherstone, Whitehaven and Bradford or Leigh.

Toulouse are not an RFL member club and therefore are not obliged to enter.
They are instead invited to participate but have passed on the offer.
