Clifford helped guide Newcastle to the play-offs for the first time since 2013 in 2020, despite only joining them midway through the 2021 season. Apparently. That’s a better than immediate impact.

Jake and Texy's excellent adventure.

I can't imagine how this is going to work out.

Before Jake moved to Newcastle he had always lived with his very supportive parents and there were stories about him only having a few tracksuits and no idea about how to get them washed or how to feed himself.
Tex has also always lived with his family. He "moved out" last year, which turned out to be he spent some time sleeping on Kalyn Ponga's couch.
Jake has spent a few years looking after himself now, and Tex has been trying, so they might be ready to move to the other side of the world I suppose.
They are like the poster boys for Gen z who have never had to develop life skills, and are off to conquer the world.

Just watching these clips of Clifford from last season he reminds me almost of Jamie Lyon in terms of build and the way he moves.
