You might be on to something there!

They say when you have a problem you need to hit rock bottom to be able to realise that you need help and to do something about it. Maybe an 80-0 drubbing could be a good thing.

I don't particularly care about the game or the result. Even if we miraculously won the game it would only be papering over the gaping cracks. I'll just be glad when it's over.

Form goes out the window in derbies and all that but I don't think any of us believe that will be the case this time round. Definitely a massacre on the cards unless the club can pull a rabbit out of the hat before then. And I won't be holding my breathe on that one.

It should be Rovers by at least 60 points on Friday.

In the land of wishful thinking once more. Patiently waiting for our time to finally arrive.

I've been on the internet and have already got a sense of the fans' passion for the club. They are very fanatical - Peter Gentle 12th September 2011.

Money doesn't talk it swears, Obscenity who really cares, Propaganda all is phony.

I'm the son and heir of a shyness which is criminally vulgar.

Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way.

I have genuine fears about what is to come next Friday. Think the record derby score is 56-12 (us in 2019, I think?) and reckon that's under threat, and that is not being sensationalist in the immediate aftermath of another humiliating loss.

It could be almost anything, unless rovers get bored and start trying to be to clever, but I don't think they will.

The only logical conclusion anyone could arrive at right now is a massive home win, most likely by a record margin. If we were offered a forty point defeat right now, I'd snap their hands off. I have never felt without all hope going into a derby as I do tonight and I doubt I'll feel any better as Black Friday approaches.

Sounds like Tindall will be missing with a knee issue. Going by Tony Smith's comments on Charles I suspect he'll not play him on Friday. Sao will get a ban but I think Ashworth and Pele are both available so I think he'll go

Us winning on Friday will be a bigger Easter miracle than Jesus rising from the dead

Charles was one of the few to get stuck in.I know it would be a difficult game for him but i see little point not playing him
I would leave Houghton out all together and move on without him
expected big loss but i would go with

Barron or Tindall if fit
