Signing Carney (the player) would be one of the biggest signings in the club's entire history. His strengths solve so many of our deficences it's unbelievable.

Well said, it's a nothing incident and I've seen some fc fans on away trips do similar only out of a bottle, and been ex Royal Navy I've seen a lot worse.

If there's any chance we could sign him then we should, yes opposing fans will rag him for it but it'll soon be forgotten in time just like most people have forgotten Monaghan's indiscretion.
