City have just confirmed that 'due diligence' is taking place with a potential buyer
The SMC has been and will always be the sticking point to any deal the Allams try to make to sell Hull City.
Its always been loss making whilst in their control yet they still want a substantial figure for it based on the £5 million pound figure reported when the USA buyer pulled out of the deal reporting that the goal posts had been moved.
In any case who in their right mind would pay £30 million for a club that could be relegated once again made loss last year of £8 million and is hamstrung in the transfer market until the EFL loan is repaid.
With no player value apart from Lewis Potter who could be valued at £2 million the club is virtually worthless.
The Turk has not even been to Hull,Not spoken with HCC and until Allam pays of the EFL loan nothing is going to happen even if Due Diligence is taking place.
In todays market as a relegation bound Championship club its probably valued at £10/15 million pounds so why would anyone want to pay £30 million.
