According to someone on twitter the Aus independent is linking us with a move for prop Franklin Pele, he’s absolutely huge

This Pele gadger has only played 5 games in three seasons. Worst stats than O Gildart.

Franklin Pele is a big boy! Can't see us linked anywhere though.

Also, he has just come back from a broken arm, and the doggies fans on their forum rate him very highly

He’s also only 22 years old. Might not have played many NRL games but could come do 10 years over here as a successful import. How many games had Satae, Tuimavave etc played. Not like they were seasoned players.

Just hating on the bloke for the sake of hating. I don’t know much about him but looks like he fits the bill

Highlighting his 5 NRL appearances and then implying he’s got worse stats than gildart so must be a poor signing is just boring.

Bloke will have played a lot of reserve grade and is a different age, position and experience than gildart but you’ve tried your hardest to compare the two players in a way to suggest Pele would be a worse signing.

Would be block Barron etc development? Similar age.

Can't wait till we get linked to Bentley

My first thoughts too, would rather give Martin or Barron more games, he's fast by all accounts but haven't seen much of him, think he's been at Bradford a lot.

Guess if we're losing, Mitch, Wynne and maybe Swift it could be to give us a bit more depth. Only read it on twitter so could be a load of balls.

Someone on Leeds forum is saying he’s signed for us permanently

John Davidson now reporting on Tindall

Exclusive: Hull FC have entered the battle to land the signature of a young outside back for next season.

rugbyleague.com Long Reads understands the Black & Whites are admirers of Leeds Rhinos winger or fullback Liam Tindall.

A Leeds academy product, Tindall is off-contract at the end of this year.

The Rhinos are reportedly keen to retain the homegrown talent, with head coach Rohan Smith telling reporters last week: "Sam and Liam are guys we’d like to keep and we are working through that process to keep them... Those guys will hopefully will be part of that process moving forward.”

But Leeds face a fight on their hands with Hull FC interested in the 21-year-old.

The outside back debuted for the Rhinos in 2020 and has spent part of the past two seasons on loan at Bradford.

This year Tindall has made two appearances for Leeds but has yet to score a try.

The flyer represented England Knights last year.
