Problem we have is every man and his dog knows we're desperate for a halfback, so any available are going to play on that and squeeze the best deal possible for them, like Pryce getting two years instead of the more sensible one!

Personally I'd be OK with us signing Pryce. One year deal then perhaps a clause with another year in the club's favour.

We'd still need another half though. I'd expect Miller to leave and Horne to move into coaching the kids.

Rankin, Pryce & Leuluai will be on more realistic salaries I'd imagine. Maybe we should offer Miller a new deal? Another 2 year deal on a more realistic salary? I don't think he'll leave England, is his pregnant GF not English?

Just because they offered him a new deal doesn't mean he wasn't finished, they would have regretted it had he accepted. Anyway hopefully we will be announcing a young half tomorrow if rumours are to be believed.

I've heard we might announce 2 signings tomorrow.
