If i was hull i'd going all out to get Iestyn Harris. He was top player in his day and will command respect. He's done his time as assistant at one of the top clubs in the league and already has head coach experience. Very good call that, with Radders as his assistant, surely they would get the respect of the players.

If radders is to become head coach (even though alot fans wont like it) i think it would be ok.

He's a hull lad an understands the fans. Plus i reckon hed give the players loads also but thats just my opinion.

If we get a proven head coach then so be it. But if Gentle is sacked i feel for him.

A head coach is a head coach. Not a mate, drinking buddy or 'one of the lads', he's separate and there to guide, nurture bollock and praise. If Radders or any other incumbent is any other than other than these then disaster will follow.

Radford knows the players, the club, the culture and fans so he could work quite well as assistant just not as head coach.

If pearson went and got harris i'm sure within 3 seasons he'd have them pushing for the grand final.

Has this actually been confirmed by the club yet or are people going by the HD FAIL.

If and when this is actually confirmed I really hope the club has more sense than appoints Radford or anyone else from within the club.
