It looks like it’s going to be a very long season for our near neighbours. I know it’s only first game of the season but they look so poor.

They look like they ran out of steam and think they thought the game was win at HT. Credit to Rovers for clawing their way back in to it. Still look like they’ll struggle this season

Well deserved win for Catalans doing it tough with injuries, a sin binning and just 3 weeks prep against a full strength Rovers. Hull KR now 3 SL wins in 580 days. Crikey.

Interesting most I've read on social media last night was how happy and proud Rovers fans were, they should be fuming with that performance and were only let back in the game due to Catalans having only 3 weeks pre season. They wont get a better chance to win that game with the players out and lack of pre season. Rovers seem to have recruited well, but they seem to have this mental problem, I'm really not convinced by Tony Smith either, looks tactically poor and his game plan seems to revolve around throwing the ball around wildly, selection is weird also, Parcel is streets ahead of Litten but he starts, also fancy making someone vice captain and the putting him on the bench, after being one of Rovers best players last season.

Golden point can be very exciting for the fans, but must be so deflating for the losing players, perhaps a point each after 80 minutes, then golden point to decide the bonus point, would be a fairer system.
