Bring in a better coach, two years, no improvement, not one bit, surley we should have seen one improvement in 2 years.

look at the impact of other coaches, such as Rohan Smith, even Danny Mcguire.

Agree entirely. Picked for sentiment reasons as a farewell, but there performances haven't dictated they deserve that. Pathetic team selection

It's a mixture of poor coaching and head scratching decisions this season from Hodgson

And also a rotton core group of players still at the club who are throwing him even further under the bus.

I'd also say the signings have been crap.

Pretty much a poop storm

Will not drop seniors based on poor form, same seniors throwing him under the bus, he's weak

We should have signed am experienced head coach.
Going for a cheap option assistant again has just cost us 2 wasted years, potentially 3.
