Will we miss that many of them? Lineham & Crooks have had 1 good season, until they come back and hit that form again there will be a doubt that they are just 'one hit wonders'

aside from that Whiting is the only player on that list to consistently play well.

lineham signed for 4 years last season, crooks still has another season, Pearson said we wont be selling our youngsters after the Luke Briscoe saga, so he is either a liar or the bullsh!t rumour meter is going into overdrive!

if it is the latter, it goes against everything Pearson has preached and he can kiss goodbye to more fans!

Whiting hasn't played well this year. I've said it before but testimonials seem to frig up a career. Yeaman played gash that year, as did Horne after his.
Crooks is no big loss, in my opinion. Too easily caught out in defence.
Pitts, I would say is Whiting's successor. Decent ball handler, good solid defender.

I watched the AP interview few weeks ago and someone mentioned Crooks. AP didn't sound that confident of keeping him in all honesty.

Crooks to Huddersfield and Lineham to Wigan is it what I've heard, why is Pearson breaking his promise??? He said the other week that the club will not pay over the odds to Crooks. Add Horne to thatlist and take Watts and Thompson off

I don't believe the rumour for a second tbh. However if it is true then it can only be bad for the club. Both in terms of the quality in the team and driving fans away.

Crooks could go either way. Might become a great player, might be another Craig Hall. I wouldn't want him to go but if he did I could just about stomach it. Lineham on the other hand will be an International. The only thing to prevent that would be injuries. If the club are thinking of taking the cheap option by going with Talanoa and Lancaster (nothing against those guys, I like both) then I would be very annoyed after all Pearson has preached since he took over.
