So, after being in a better team (a winning team. A team that's been through a process of rebuilding and has done it successfully) for a few years, will we get a Carvell who's better now than he was when he left us?

And, now he's a few years older, and with no international caps in recent years, will we be paying him less now than he was on when he left us?

That would involve seeing into the future. He'll be able to give the ones since Christmas though.
