Half time will have allowed Radford to properly reorganise the team around the missing Carlos. That's why we were much better than the first half when we had no chance to work something out and had to deal with it on the fly. I was disappointed with some of the defending but on reflection we were probably suffering some fatigue from the recent hectic schedule. Good win in the circumstances and 5 on the bounce.
Too right. Frank playing off-half in attack that first half, all cobbled together. Times like this we miss Whiting.
But brilliant to overcome the disruption and put together a very impressive second half.
Houghton fantastic once more, Sneyd, Naughton and Michaels did well. But Liam Watts, a great mature display.
(Brough, of course, played a blinder. 10 minutes at a crucial time and two missed easy conversions. See you soon, angel )
