I hope the crooks rumours aren't true. He's the most naturally gifted attacking player at the club. Yes his defence needs work but his tackle success % isn't much worse than the supposedly super defender yeaman and our defensive structures out wide have been poor all season which haven't helped him at all.

I'd agree with the comments about tuson too. He's bang average IMO and we need a strike 2nd rower not a radford clone.

We need to see what next season's squad is but we need more quality additions if we're going to seriously challenge for the top 8 next year. wire, saints, leeds and wigan are all pretty much guaranteed a spot along with probably hudds, which leaves us fighting out for the other 3 places with rovers, les cats and salford, the latter of which have already recruited well for next season and if carney joins les cats they'll go to the next level

No contract extension on the table for Richard Horne yet, although Hull would like him to stay in a coaching role.

Wakefield showing some interest should he want to keep playing though.

An if he goes to wakefield, he'll be injury free all season an have a a great season.

If he does end up at Wakefield then I hope he does. Regardless of what you think of him now he will go down as one of the Hull FC greats imo, and he's had to overcome a lot in his career to still be playing now. I would wish him all the best wherever he ended up.

As would i. Just a sarcastic remark.

But i do think he will retire this year and move into a coaching role with the club.

So we have a new coach & first season 3 of our brightest young stars from last season have all gone backwards & are all in danger of being cast aside.

HMMM.... really see that happening at a well coached club, frankly in despair - wasn't the idea of a coach to improve & motivate players ??

Radford appears to be stuck in a time warp. All his success as a player came as part of the successful
Bulls team. Huge pack - `soften up' & bash the opposition, then trample all over them in the later stages,
hence the probable reason for the gushing praise of bang average (but tough) players like Tuson.
Talanoa "one of the best wingers in S.L"??? looks to me he's first choice for next season. - Something in the rumours?
Seems like the benchmark for next season is top eight, so by my reckoning by 2016 we might be back to where we
were when Radford took over, I too despair.
