Hope we make a play for Lewis Murphy as he really has impressed since he made his debut and just seems to improve each time I see him.

He looks a good player based on what I saw tonight.

But is he that much better than Harvey Barron or Lewis Martin whose progress he would block?

Just asking the question as I haven’t seen either of those play yet so not sure. Could they have been as impressive if playing for Wakefield tonight?

Would go all in for Lino. Him and Trueman in our halves would be electric.

It will be interesting to see how Smith goes with us. He might prove to be better than Lino.

Murphy has been the best winger in academy for last 2 years embarrassing all before him at academy level and is by far the best young winger currently coming through in SL. He’s like Johnstone with a strong defence. That lad will play for England no doubt. As a wakey fan I’m happy for opposition teams to ignore his talent.

Would be gutted to lose him but luckily he’s contracted to next year.

Walker dropped again by Powell. Rumours he could be the next one out the door... would live him as our 9 next season

Would be a great signing but can see him at Saints if he goes anywhere.

we definitely got the wrong one when we signed Johnstone from Widnes
