Just to clarify a few points.
Yes Tommy's Girl is D Gouldings sister , fueling speculation that she is home sick.
No Tommy is not being kept out of the Warriors run on side by the form of Johnson and Townsend.
It is all about the groin injury. As it turns out the Dr's had missed a small hernia , Tommy had an op yesterday or the day before....projected return to fitness one month.
So he had two injuries to the area. The original Injury reportedly looks ok with scans.
Tommy was rushed back into the starting line up ( he is rated here as one of our most important players ) he played well from the bench as an extra forward ( we have an eighty minute hooker Nathan Friend ) after getting game minutes he resumed his spot at five eight for us.
The long term plan was meant to be this : Let Nathan Friends contract finish this year.....play TL and our young Hooker Havili as a pair next season.
Speculation that the recent extension for 2015 given to Nathan Friend last week has fueled the TL moving on rumor somewhat.
Leuluai arrived back to the Warriors where it all started for him many moons ago.....with fan opinion divided.
Were we going to see the same raw kid that left us ? or is this guy going to be the Wigan player he became there ?
After round six last year the majority of Fans were calling for TL's head.
By round 26 TL was voted Fans favorite player.
He's a champion....horrible kicking game as you all know....but most of us are hoping he comes back fit for us soon....because he will boost our chances this season significantly.
