He's not fit and arguably shouldn't be in the team, that he is is down to the coaching staff and it's not fair to start suggesting he's being overpaid beacuse of it IMO.

Its also already been stated he is on a very low wage as a project, to date im happy with him as an investment. He wouldnt be in the first 17 if King wasnt injured or if Crocker/lauaki were here.

It was intimated in your post though, otherwise why would you care how much he was earning in comparison to his game time?

Had he not had a game yet, would you find it interesting how much he was paid?

I can see both points of view, it's like the whole Crocker situation, I assume we are paying him whilst he awaits his visa, will that count on the cap even if he doesn't come over and play etc.etc.

You shouldn't be paying him because he can't fuffil what he has signed to do

But again, I'm not really interested too much in how much a player is paid, it's more whether or not they deserve to be paid at all. The only time the amount is ever an issue for me is if we lose someone important to our squad or miss out on a quality addition because of how much someone else is on. To a large extent, the nitty-gritty of numbers is nothing to do with the fans IMO.
