If it's a constant occurrence, a bully and a coward. If it's a one-off from an otherwise affable bloke under a lot of pressure, a desperate man.
Most of us on here don't know the bloke and are more than just a tad influenced by our passion for the club. Of those that have had dealings with him, a recurring theme seems to be that he's a nice guy so I'd personally give him the benefit of the doubt as a person, irrespective of how I view him as a coach. I know Wolfie does sometimes say silly stuff in defence of things that Agar is blatantly at fault for, but he's in a better position than most of us to judge his character.
