No game for Hull FC in the WCS with this only hinting at a two game series, seven of eight finalist in the nrl dont want to be involved apparently & Cronulla want the game in Australia.

Surely cup winners get priority over Shield winners
Major and minor premiers should get it. As good as winning the cup was, we had to win 4 games. Warrington were the best team in the comp after 30 games. They deserve their place IMO.

Agreed.
It's a shame we probably won't get to see FC play a game, but can't really blame the Aussies for not wanting to participate. It's at an awful time of the year for them to fly over and disrupts their pre-season.
Maybe if the International game wasn't shoehorned into a 5-week period each October/November, the matches could be played a couple of weeks after each GF. It'd also help if the GF's were played on the same weekend of course.

Warrington was the best team in the super 8s...wr was the best team after the regular rounds. The Lls is a joke tbh,if results had gone right STS could have topped the table....would they be worthy winners
I've always wanted to see my club involved in a WCC, but It sounds slightly disorganised this year. Wouldn't want our involvement to be to the detriment of the forthcoming season. If you was an Australian club, you must wonder if it's worth the effort. Last years results must have put them off big time.

Yes. If Saints were to have accumulated the greatest number of points over the course of the full year (30 games), they would have been worthy winners.
was looking forward to the opportunity to see fc test themselves against the nrl teams, but now its just turned out to be a complete farce! thanks to the poor showing of the last couple of seasons from certain superleague teams the nrl clubs now seem to think its not worth it and who can blame them?

just let wigan play cronulla and move on
Exactly this. It's a shame, but by the sounds of it there are going to be too many fixtures for teams to play next year anyway, so it may be a blessing in disguise.
