The point was about spending on a winger. If those players listed were on offer, in their peak, we should walk away cos we cant spend on a winger?

No winger should earn more than £80k. They just don't influence the game enough.

I'd like to say that I am a superfan. I don't go to away games any more due to them invariably being a depressing waste of money. I also only buy shirts when they have some kind of irreg hoops and I think that currently the first team playing and coaching performances are utter shatplank. I would like to reiterate that I am, in fact, a superfan and anyone who disagrees is a rovers fan in disguise (or not in disguise if they are a rovers fan)

£80k is a fairly average salary for a first team certainly. I'd have said it would have to be a top class winger who can win you games by himself to be worth more than £100k but there are none in the game anyway.
