Regarding the attendance when looking round the stadium it certainly seemed as though there was a very good number in the stands particularly in the West so plus the atmosphere was sounded and felt the best it's been for a long while so to hear only 11500 as the attendance seemed low considering.
As for Taylor its still very early days as he's been out for so long and he's playing catch up so will take him time to get back in to match fit condition. Like any player age starts to take its toll so he won't be the same player of 5 years ago but if he can stay injury free I think he still be a big plus for us in the forwards.
Thought Evans certainly put a shift in against Wigan and was pretty good defensively and is improving as he gets more game time.
Tag just got to keep playing & playing Chris, he’s certainly seems to have that old desire, and I’m really hoping we get the very best version we can of Taylor, we have the makings of a good team, and although I have had my doubts regarding Brett, you can see small positives emerging with his coaching, the tremendous break out of Connor Wynne, and just a bit behind him Cam Scott, the investment in youth, and the investment in youth coaching has been a superb statement of intent from our owner, especially after such a lousy period of stifled income, and such difficulties regarding the pandemic.
We seem to be in a good place at present, and when you remember the prognosis from the last two seasons, it’s nothing short of miraculous.
