I'd take Parcell for a season. Already here, settled and still got it plus he's over 30 so he meets the current criteria.

Having said that I think he said he's considering retiring so cross him off the list.

As for the senior players, well I think we all expect Houghton to retire and I think the club would be foolish to offer Carlos another deal given his injury record. Similar with Vulkijapani unfortunately. Thanks to all three for their services but time to move on.

Torn on Cator. Lot of effort there and I do root for him but think he should only be kept as a squad player.

There's not actually a lot of cap we're freeing up there although with Carlos, hoy and brown it will be a reasonable amount between them but Houghton can't be on much surely and most if the rest are youngsters or those who should be on pretty low money. Maybe Sao going too but we could do with offloading a few more to free up some cash

I'd look to keep Cator as long as the deal was right financially, hopefully he's over his injury problems.

You'd think not on the salary cap but given how adamant Pearson was the other week in that interview about us being at full cap, who knows what the players might be earning.

I've been told it's a done deal on marquee money. Won't get too excited until its in the hdm though or we officially announce it

He'll be classed as home grown at club so he doesn't cost much on the cap

Jesus, Abdul on marquee money? He'll make reynolds look like good value for money. He only plays about 5 games a season
