Sometimes players just need to move to regain a joy for the game.
The saying 'familiarity breeds contempt' sums up Hull perfectly and is the biggest issue with Hull FC as we have stuck by and with a large group of players for too long. Bowden and Shaul are good players but just didn't seem to have the hunger or desire needed and its no different with Houghton, Griffin, Taylor and even Lane. Its as though they are just too comfortable and used to the surroundings to push that extra few %. We have a very stale squad and its not been helped by the lack of Head Coaches than can genuinely motivate the players infact it just emphasises the problems.
