Probably a replacement for Seamus McCallion, who left and was never replaced.
We also desperately need a reputable Strength & Conditioning coach,again the Head of Strength and Conditioning left, and was never replaced., Probably why, the squad's fitness levels cant compete with the rest of SL.
Other staff, left and not replaced,. Welfare Officer,Kit man, Championship clubs have more backroom staff than we have.
Disgraceful..

I hope they do just that.

You’d like to think Cartwright had some demands for taking on the job - having money to spend off the field should be at the top of the list.

Had heard that these we're initially deals for the rest of the season so wouldn't be surprised if both were over and ready for Leeds next week.
