2nd try came off a cooke half break and passed it inside to horne to score at the scoreboard end?

We didn't play at the Boulevard in 2004
It was 2002, the last time we won at the Boulevard iirc.
Personally, I would hate it if Horne got moved to fullback. If he did, it would only be his running game that would be seen by most. At 6, he gets his hands on the ball a lot, and more of his qualities come to the fore.
If Tony is to go at the end of the season, then it could be a chance for Hall to cement a place in the team, despite the fact I think he is best at centre. The only other English player I would want us to sign for the 1 jersey is Lee Smith and despite whats been rumoured, I can't see that. Due to the teams tactics, fullback is vitally important role in the team and if Tony doesn't stgay, I hope we make a big name signing there, somneone whos major strength is returning the ball and making major yardage

Do we need any more players? On the evidence of the 3 games we've played and with Moa and Lauaki coming in, if Crocker doesnt join do we actually need any more signings?

Im thinking maybe a young utility back for cover and maybe a utility forward for cover too but not sure where we need to strengthen. Do we wait for a star to become available?

With Motu and Byrne rumoured to be finished I would say we need to bring in at least one new player.
