Out of curiosity, why can't detailed plans exist?
You can produce detailed plans of something without having agreed it.

I got this text off a pal last week,might be of some interest.

Interesting bt sly lecture frm allen at uni tonight,meant 2 b about politcs n community bt he used it as a chance 2 av a go at hull city council and how bad he reckons theyve tret him.how yrs ago he wantd 2 buy the land that the old maternity hospital was on 2 build his business bt they refused him so he built his factory out in east riding which meant the council lost all that chance of revenue.he went on bout how heron foods moved out 2 east riding so again its east riding council gettin taxes etc n not our city council,basically hes serious bout buildin new ground out there. A dangerous man i reckon.

where are these plans? apart from allam who are these others who have seen these plans? take your head out of his @r5e and join the real world instead of allams fantasy world

I doubt the Councillors will understand the further damage they're doing regarding potential investment to this region and the example they show of local democracy.

It'll be the £3000 plans for a £120m investment that he would not show the council? Those plans? What exactly are you defending here? Allams Sphinxter is all I can get?

Interesting you seem to think I'm defending the Allams because I simply pointed out Wilf's obvious error. At least you all agree that plans do in deed exist. I wonder what else Wilf gets wrong or misleads about?

I am more interested in the fact you are getting your knickers in a twist over a situation that doesn`t affect the club you support.

Everyone knows plans exist. Its the content and the fact he will not disclose them to important deal brokers that's the issue. Do you not see that and are you actually going to bother answering any questions or just continue blind defense? (which is what Allam appears to be doing to be fair)

No knickers twisted this side of the debate. I suspect that could be what's causing some of the less open minded their discomfort.

Not that it matters as far as debate on a public board goes, but who says who I really support? (the discussion's been had before) but as far as the topic goes, it's hardly a massive issue for Hull FC, especially in comparison to the City and region I live in.
