Clip on Hull FC Facebook page of the pitch inspection, pitch looks like concrete. Why wasn't more done?

Really a pitty for everyone this. Not a good game to have to back up on another later in the season. Also does not really let players get into the swing of the season. Never mind the inconvenicene for travelling fans.

Fair question tbh. Its not as if the temperatures had been ok and this caught them by surprise.

Probably not, but covering the pitch would have been the least they should have done

They had pretty much the same injuiries last week also but would have had Baile back for todays game. Awful news for the fans that travelled out there, hopefully they will still make the most of it. On the other hand its another week your injured players to get fit.

Feel so sorry for you all. Hopefully Gentle will let the players out tonight for a meet and greet at Castillet to make up for it.
