None the wiser about the squad really are we? Really hope Satae makes it.
HDM seem to think so, but even at full strength it's going to be damage limitation if you listen to the noise from the east, plucky losers is the best we can hope for.
Wont be needed looks like only 15000 for this game I would have thought 20000 but it seems many still not confident about attending matches
Our home ongoing bad home form is a big factor, too many people have been lured in for 'big' games over the last few years and then the team usually flop. People will only give it a go a few times before they just dont bother or just watch on TV. I hope we can turn this around on Saturday.
This is rover's GF for sure. They're beyond excited as you'll see from their fans walking down Wembley way- Anlaby road. A bit like Arro's march to raise cash which got spent in the pizza shops on 'road.
It's a massive match for them and a big one for us
Hull certainly don't look GF finalists at the moment but I believe Hull KR have as good chance as any other in the top 4. You say Wigan are a very poor side and yet they are 4th in the league (table doesn't lie) and have beaten Hull FC this season. Whereas Rovers have beat them on both occasions. (Home and away) Hull were also convincingly beaten by Catalan on both occasions this season whereas Rovers came within a whisker on both occasions of beating them, suffering defeats by just one point and two points respectively. In my view Rovers have nothing to fear from any of those above them in the league, especially on home soil, and with a full or near full strengh side. You sound like someone that has a mouthful of sour grapes to chew on to be perfectly honest.
With regards to the forthcoming derby. This will be roughly somewhere between 80 and 100 derbies that I will have witnessed since been around the age 13 years old. Long enough and with enough experience under my red and white belt for me to not predict with any certainty which way it will go. It really is on the day and who wants it the most when it comes to Derby's.
I sincerely hope it is Rovers that want it the most come Saturday at 3pm. I'm also certain that Fc fans will be hoping it is their side that want it the most on Saturday come 3pm.. I also believe it will be a tough encounter, especially in the opening quarter, with nothing left in the tank of every player of both clubs by the end of 80 minutes. If Rovers play to their full potential and get their defence right on the day, I believe that their attacking flair will be more than enough to get the result they want. But as I say, it is a derby and simple things can make all the difference on the day.
You have no chance of the GF, the top 3 are much better than you and will step it up when it matters.
Never understood game comparisons, you lost it Wakey and hammered by Wakey, we didnt lose either of those, does that make us a better side this season than Rovers.

Comparisons like that prove absolutely jack, even more so this season with the totally lopsided teams so to speak due to the covid situation and the mass changes in the 17's that teams are able to put out.
Its all ands ifs and buts at the end of the day. I think its fair to say had we not had the long term injuries to Taylor, Griffin and latterly Connor, not been disrupted by the covid protocols, not missed chunks of training etc we'd have been in a different position. We haven't been able to get any rythm going due to the stop/start nature of not being able to fulfil fixtures or undertake training plus the number of players missing against Catalans due to injury, suspension and covid has not helped. This is a similar case for other teams too and Wakefield as another example, they've gott games played even though they've been heavily depleted at times. Certain clubs I do believe have used the covid situation purely for and to their own advantage and we as a club would have been better calling off the Catalans game but as a club seemed to want to ensure integrity in the game by doing all that was possible to play it.
If we can get the majority of our first choice 17 on the field on Saturday and their fitness levels are good then we have more than a chance of winning on Saturday. I'd also argue its fair to say had Connor not been injured then we would likely have beaten Huddersfield and Leeds.

Rovers have missed Saints twice, Hull, Warrington and Salford. Covid has worked wonders for their season and will ultimately result in them finish the season in a false position. No doubt their fans will still come out and claim they would have won all those games.

Also played Leigh twice very nearly got beaten a couple of weeks ago and will also play them at the Magic weekend.
I’m not sure who you are trying to kid saying this is rovers grand final. The noise coming out of Pearson, Taylor etc in the local rag and the sheer desperation shown indicates otherwise. I would go as far to say FC NEED to win, not only for playoff hope this year but subsequent ticket sales for next season and the imminent financial black hole.
Onto the game, I think it’s a tough call. Dependant on the teams named I think but it sure feels like we are now going through the injury problems you lot went through earlier in the year.
I think with abdull & quinlan missing we will struggle to fire in attack, as I don’t think our forwards can get on a massive roll against your monster pack. Hopefully SKD makes it as him vs tuimavave is a quality match up to be fair.
Parcell and litten could cause havoc against your middles like, we have to play quick and keep turning them round and making them defend. Give cheap ball away it could be a long day for us
I think FC’s desperation will shine through and you lot nick it by 6-10
