Agree Pete, as you say the ‘certain members’ doesn’t leave much to the imagination as there aren’t many people left that seemingly fit into this category. With a new Head Coach and assistant coming in along with players already exiting it makes me wonder if it will be Grix or someone higher up the chain if there is a takeover rather than simply investment.
Change is and has already been underway so it’s an odd statement to make in admitting the club are failing its supporters be them fans or corporates.
Could the timing be linked to any possible pre cursor of confirmation/completion of a takeover?
Ones things for sure it’s going to be an interesting week or weeks ahead to see how this pans out.

Clearly Myler is a very frustrated DOR at present.
Agree.
I do wonder if Myler came into club expecting his role to be a rugby-based one and instead has found that the root causes of our problems lie beyond simply appointing a new coach and acquiring a few players for the coach to work with.
Hence, he's now finding himself 'playing politics' (to use my phrase above) and this statement is a part of what's going on behind the scenes, which of course none of us are privy to.
Like you say, interesting few weeks ahead for us, but then when isn't it interesting around our unique crackpot club!
