Strange signing considering the season passes go on sale on Monday. Would have expect a bigger name to try and boost sales not a lesser name to underwhelm supporters. Still he is a Hull player now and we just have to wait and see how he goes.

Tony Martin is one of the best Pro's in the game. He has probably done more for community development at the clubs he has been at than any other player, and that is a massive statement but one I am sure is true having heard people from London and Crusaders tell me about how he goes about his business.


This is a very simple and astute signing. He is a model pro and will be a great bloke to have around the squad and club in terms of an example for the younger blokes and his experience could prove to be a big help to coaching staff too.


He is not going to be earning much more than Washbrook was on and I know who I would rather have around to be honest.

More interested what he does on the field, than off the field!!
