What I think has been the major issue regarding the ticket availability for the SF is the total lack of any sort of clarity on the whole ticket sales situation.
1. Tickets available before Saturday inline with RFL request but not the Hull FC members allocations 2. Tickets go on sale at 10am weds in fact it was 9am so for those that tried at 10 it was an impossible task 3. Tickets for the disabled members & fans again difficult to obtain whether plenty available or not 4. Members tickets having to be bought from the Stadium on Saturday and no facilty for online sales again for members making it difficult to obtain tickets.
Whether there were tickets a plenty the issue for me is as a club Hull FC have for whatever the reasons made what should have been a fairly straight forward process of buying tickets in to a total farce and made obtaining tickets difficult.
In your opinion and for you maybe not but for me and many others I've spoken to its been very difficult and certainly more difficult that it should have been.

Maybe not for you, but for those of us that require special arrangements it was almost impossible. There was no mention on Hull's media release about where to buy Disabled tickets, no mention on Ticketmaster about buying same tickets, had to ring Ticketmaster (spent £20 trying to get through) to be told RFL selling them. Spent another £10 ringing someone called Lucy Hirsts voicemail at the RFL (which told me she was busy and cut me off every time), then had to ring our club to try and get somewhere. I then called a very harassed receptionist at the RFL who took my number and I eventually got a call back from the RFL. It took 2 hours and 45 mins from start to finish (starting at 10am as per Hull's press release to realise they actually went on sale at 9am, whose fault there then?) All this time I was on holiday, feeling quite angry having to go through all of this when there shouldn't have been any need whatsoever.
I buy disabled seating tickets for various RL games and concerts around the country and I've never, ever had the problems that I did on Wednesday.

But you called the Keepmoat direct (who would have such information?) and got sorted? If you're paying that much for mobile calls suggest you hop around a bit.
I sympathise with your specific circumstances, but the sale of general tickets was handled as advertised.

No I didn't! I called the RFL along with the other thousands of Hull fans. I'm not paying that much for calls, I'm on a contract that requires me to top up before I call 7p a minute calls, not that its any of your business really.
And I didn't see anywhere were it was advertised to buy disabled seating tickets, sometimes you have to call the venue its self, sometimes you call the promoter, sometimes Ticketmaster have them for sale. I had to speak to a Ticketmaster operator who told us that was what he had to tell people.
If it is you Standee I thought you had turned over a new leaf
