I am not ambivalent in terms of Radford's ability as coach with regard to imparting skills, as our defence coach this season he has demonstrated he's a great teacher.
It's the rest of it, the man-management and diplomatic decision-making bit, I'm worried about. I like Radders - a lot - but I wish he was arriving as Head Coach with a few years' experience elsewhere under his belt.
